1. Search for your ancestor under Alphabetical Index. The number following the name in the index is the page in the original text where the person is mentioned.

2. Look below where you searched the alphabetical index, it says Do Your Own Look Up Here. There you will find a link to the original text online if one in available. Click that link. Find the page number in the text and search for your ancestor's name.
